NCLEX Cheat Sheet. Save this. Burn it into your brain. Stop staring at answers like they owe you money. Decide the ROLE first. Assessment, intervention, teaching, or evaluation. That’s it. That’s the game. Unstable patient? You do not teach. Ever. Hypoxic, bleeding, crashing, confused? Teaching is illegal in spirit. You assess or you intervene. Not enough info? You assess. New symptoms, sudden change, vague data? Gather facts before you act. Doing the wrong thing confidently is how people fail.
